The basic solutions include:

• the system of external air supply to the hearth - Jet Stream - supplying air to:
  
  • through the ash pan to the hearth to enrich the combustion process with oxygen,
  • the door's glass pane creating an air curtain that protects the windowpane pane against excessive deposition of carbon black. Fresh air supply to the glass pane also causes an increase in flue gas temperature, which results in partial combustion of the black already deposited on the glass pane. This effect is commonly referred to as the windowpane self-cleaning system.
  • to the hearth's flue to enrich the process of flue exhaust gases afterburning with oxygen, which has a considerable impact on the ecological purification of flue gases released to the atmosphere and the increase in the system efficiency.
• the smooth adjustment of the quantity of fresh air supplied to the hearth, which impacts on the speed of burning and the achieved insert's power output.
• the adjustable control of the flow of flue gases from the combustion chamber to the smoke duct, which influences - through the possibility of suppressing or increasing the draught - the achieved efficiency.
• the automatic flue damper - it is a set of specially designed levers that automatically open the draught damper to the chimney when the doors are being open not to allow for the excessive smoke reversion or sparks from the hearth flying out to the room (the moste fireplaces have an automatic damper).
• the Perfect Seal & Easy Roll system of door opening upwardly. The system has new-type slide guides fitted, the number of bearings has been increased to 8, additonally there are seals used at the bottom and sides of the door. The door that opens upwardly ensures a comfortable operation, does not take up an additional space at the fireplace, allows also the use - under control - with the door fully open upwardly. To clean the windowpane - the door opens sideways with the help of hex wrench, three simple steps are needed: we close the door, block it with a special blocking mechanism, open it sideways, and it is ready!

Here we would like to turn your attention to the double-jacket construction design of Hajduk's fireplace inserts. The insert's body is made out of steel sheet and is permanently and robustly welded to the flue, without the use of sealing materials or screws. The hearth is lined with 5 cm thick chamotte blocks. The application of such thick chamotte cladding allows for the accumulation of large quantity of heat during burning and its steady release after the fireplace has been extinguished. The use of these solutions anables long-lasting, failure-free and efficient use.

The technological solutions referred to above allow to - when correctly operated - achieve a very high thermal efficiency reaching, depending on the model, up to 80%. As a comparison, fireplaces with an open hearth achieve thermal efficiency in the range of 15%. There are also MK and MP fireplace inserts in our offer. Many models are available with the option of one of the three door heights: 45 cm, 51 cm or 57 cm. They are correspondingly marked in our fireplace insert price lists. The door that opens sideways can be open, according to your wishes, to the left or right-hand side. Additionally, the are available in versions with the door raising upwardly (marked with the letter "h"). All of our insert models are fitted with the Jet Stream or Jet Stream Extra external air supply and distribution.
